Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical campuses or multi-building apartment complexes?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building letter, wing name, or department at checkout to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance. Many local professional plazas and garden-style apartments share a single street address but have multiple disconnected entrances. These details prevent the driver from wandering between different sections of a large medical or residential property.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas and professional centers?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the township's mix of deep-setback homes and open-lot commercial zones. For properties with secured gate access or multi-unit garden apartments, include the entry code or specific building number. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement remains upright and intact while the driver navigates large parking areas or long walkways.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the arrangement in a secure entryway vestibule or with the main office of the apartment complex. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a variety of equal value that matches the original color palette. Providing the recipient’s mobile number allows the driver to confirm access details for properties with restricted buzzer systems or locked main lobbies.
