Question 1

How do you manage deliveries to local medical buildings and residential streets?

Accepted Answer

Include the specific department or suite name for deliveries to the city's small medical clinics and funeral homes. For residential orders, specify the exact unit number or door location for houses that sit close together. These details help the driver identify the correct entrance in high-density blocks.

Question 2

How does the city’s terrain affect how my flowers are delivered?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to account for the hilly landscape and narrow street-side parking. Provide information about porch steps or side-door access, as many properties are built on steep inclines. This direct delivery ensures the flowers are not left on a public walkway or near the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver looks for a sheltered area on the porch or leaves the flowers with a neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of the same value and size. Including a phone number helps the driver coordinate access for homes with locked gates or steep, narrow driveways.
