Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional buildings and funeral homes in Canfield?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to professional suites or funeral homes, please provide the specific suite number or viewing room name at checkout. Since many of these locations are standalone buildings with multiple private entrances, these details help the driver find the correct reception desk. Including a floor number for multi-tenant offices ensures the delivery reaches the recipient without the driver needing to search a building directory.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to local residential properties?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the long driveways and deep property setbacks typical of this residential layout. The driver walks the flowers directly to the porch rather than leaving them near the street or mailbox. Providing a gate code for private drives ensures the driver can reach the front entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver leaves the arrangement on a porch or landing that is shielded from street view. On residential streets with large lots, we verify the house number on the mailbox or curb before leaving the item to ensure accuracy. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a variety of equal value that matches the original color and style.
