Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

Struthers features professional offices and funeral homes located within converted residential-style buildings. You must enter the specific suite number or the designated office entrance door during checkout. This information prevents the driver from attempting delivery at private residential quarters on the same property.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

We hand-deliver every arrangement rather than using boxed shipping. The city layout consists of narrow residential lots with steps leading directly from the sidewalk to the front door. Providing a recipient phone number allows the driver to confirm the best placement area if the porch is exposed to the street.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we look for a sheltered side porch or a neighbor to accept the flowers to avoid leaving them on a street-facing entryway. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that preserves the original color scheme. Including a description of the house color or a secondary contact at checkout reduces the risk of a failed delivery.
