Question 1

Can you deliver to funeral homes and senior living centers in Girard?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the funeral homes located directly within Girard’s residential blocks by coordinating placement with the staff before services begin. For the multi-story senior living communities in the area, you must provide the specific wing and room number at checkout. These details allow us to navigate the secured front desks and get the flowers to the correct resident.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential homes in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate Girard’s layout of main-road businesses and residential side streets with steep stairs or long driveways. We walk the arrangement to the door to ensure it is placed safely on a porch or at a side entrance. Mentioning a preferred entry point at checkout helps us avoid delays caused by the city’s varied property elevations.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there when you arrive?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a neighbor to accept the delivery because many Girard homes are situated close to the street with high visibility. If the specific flowers you ordered are unavailable, we use stems of equal value that match the original color scheme. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us resolve access issues if we encounter a locked gate or a shared residential entryway.
