Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in Worthington?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to multi-story office complexes and senior living campuses requires a specific suite or room number at checkout. These buildings typically use a central reception desk or secured entry that limits direct floor access. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient allows the delivery person to coordinate entry with front-desk staff.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of historic street-front properties and deep-set suburban driveways. We navigate the limited street parking in the historic center to place arrangements directly on front porches or at designated side entrances. Providing specific instructions for gate codes or side-door access helps avoid delays in residential areas where main entrances are set back from the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the arrangement is placed on a porch or with a neighbor to account for the open sidewalk layout of many residential streets. For secured professional buildings, we leave the flowers with the reception desk or mailroom staff if direct suite access is restricted. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the original color and size.
