Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, offices, or the local college campus?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the local college campus requires a specific building name and the recipient's mobile phone number to coordinate arrival at secured residence halls. For the large medical offices and corporate campuses, include the floor or suite number so the driver reaches the correct reception desk. These details prevent the driver from being stopped at perimeter security gates or central mailrooms.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the different residential and commercial areas?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the variety of building types, from historic storefront apartments to suburban homes. Drivers navigate the high-traffic commercial corridors and narrow residential streets to place flowers directly in the recipient's hands. Provide specific access instructions for gated driveways or keypad entries to ensure the driver reaches the front door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home in a residential area, the delivery is left in a secure area near the primary entrance. For medical centers or corporate suites where direct access is restricted, the driver follows site-specific protocols to leave the arrangement with authorized staff. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value that matches the existing color palette.
