Question 1

How do I ensure my delivery reaches the correct person in the city’s hospitals or office towers?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the downtown high-rise offices and the city’s large medical campuses require specific internal directions. Include the floor, department, or suite number at checkout to help the courier navigate secured entrances and front desk protocols. These details prevent the order from being delayed at a central receiving dock.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to different types of properties across the city?

Accepted Answer

Couriers hand-deliver all items to manage the transition between the tight urban grid and the wide residential outskirts. In the city center, provide information about loading zones or preferred delivery entrances for multi-story buildings. For suburban properties, include any gate codes or entry instructions for homes with restricted vehicle access.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home at a residential address, the courier identifies a placement out of view from the street. For secured office buildings or medical suites, provide a back-up contact number to ensure the delivery is completed on the first attempt. If a specific bloom is out of stock, it is replaced with a flower that matches the original height and color profile.
