Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of addresses in Upper Arlington?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the professional office suites along our main corridors, please include the business name and floor number. If the recipient is in one of the newer mixed-use buildings, provide the specific entry code or lobby instructions for the secured residential floors. These details allow our drivers to navigate controlled access points without delay.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered by a driver or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of traditional homes with deep setbacks and the newer, high-density residential developments. We use local loading zones and designated service entrances to reach both single-family porches and multi-story apartment doors. Specifying if a home has a side-entry or a hidden porch helps us place the flowers safely.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the flowers in a sheltered spot away from street view, which is common in our residential neighborhoods with large front pillars or recessed doorways. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar stem that matches the original shape and color. Including a phone number for the recipient helps us resolve issues with gated driveways or locked office complexes immediately.
