Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and offices in Woolwich Township?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the residential subdivisions and professional complexes located throughout the township. For deliveries to large-scale housing developments, please include the house number and any gate access codes at checkout. These details are necessary to navigate the winding suburban street patterns and locate the correct property.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered directly to the recipient to accommodate the township's mix of residential sprawl and large lots. Because many homes feature long driveways set back from the road, drivers need clear instructions on where to park or leave the items. Providing a specific drop-off location like a side porch or front entryway helps avoid delays on these larger properties.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a sheltered spot on the porch or near the main entrance. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a variety of the same color and value to maintain the arrangement’s design. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver coordinate access to properties with long driveways or secured residential perimeters.
