Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of properties in Swedesboro?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the historic main thoroughfare, provide the specific unit number for apartments located above commercial storefronts. For the large-scale distribution and logistics hubs on the outskirts, you must include the gate number or specific security entrance. This information ensures the driver reaches the correct desk within these massive industrial perimeters.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to local residences?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders to navigate the transition from narrow street-front entries to deep suburban lots. If the home has a long driveway or a gated entrance, please include the access code at checkout. This allows the driver to place the arrangement directly at the door rather than at the roadside.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

In the dense residential blocks where houses are close to the sidewalk, we seek a porch area that is screened from public view if the recipient is out. For the high-security industrial parks, we will call for instructions if the front gate denies entry. Including the recipient’s mobile number is necessary to resolve access issues at these secured commercial sites.
