Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to hospitals, care centers, and businesses in Penns Grove?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to senior living facilities and medical offices, we require the specific wing name or department. In the dense residential blocks near the riverfront, please provide the apartment number or floor for shared-porch homes. These details ensure our drivers find the correct entrance in these closely packed neighborhoods.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the recipient's door to ensure the arrangement stays intact. Because many properties in this borough have street-facing entrances without secure lobbies, we need a phone number for the recipient. Providing gate codes or side-door access details helps us avoid delays on narrow residential streets.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we look for a sheltered spot away from street view and notify the recipient. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that keeps the same appearance. Including the recipient’s mobile number helps us resolve delivery issues at multi-unit properties or street-front houses immediately.
