Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential homes, senior living centers, and the large industrial complexes located along the waterfront. For industrial sites, you must provide a specific gate number or building department so the driver can find the correct secure entrance. For senior living communities, include a suite number so we can follow the required check-in protocol at the main desk.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door instead of being shipped in a cardboard box. Because many local properties have deep setbacks or perimeter fencing, providing a gate code helps the driver reach the house directly. If the home has a specific delivery area like a side porch or rear entrance, please include those details at checkout.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the arrangement in a shaded spot hidden from the street. Since many residents work rotating shifts at the local manufacturing plants, providing a recipient phone number helps us coordinate a successful drop-off. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color and size.
