Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to apartments and medical centers in Wharton?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the main reception of medical facilities and the front doors or leasing offices of garden-style apartment complexes. Provide the specific building letter and unit number to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance among the clustered residential layouts. Accurate floor numbers are required for the mixed-use buildings located along the main commercial corridors.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential homes throughout Wharton?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in boxes. For homes set back from the main transit routes, please include gate codes or specific instructions for houses with long or shared driveways. Providing a secondary phone number helps our drivers navigate the mix of dead-end residential streets and busier thoroughfares.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a covered porch or a neighbor who can accept the delivery in these high-density residential areas. When a specific bloom is out of stock, we select a similar flower of equal value to maintain the arrangement's style. Including the recipient's mobile number prevents failed deliveries caused by secured entry systems or restricted street parking.
