Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical campuses and professional office parks in Westlake?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to multi-building medical campuses and corporate office parks require the specific building number and suite. For residential arrivals at gated cluster home communities, you must provide the entry code or the phone number for the security gatehouse. These details allow the driver to pass through security checkpoints and deliver directly to the correct desk or front door.

Question 2

Are the flowers hand-delivered or shipped in a box to Westlake addresses?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-carried directly to the recipient and is never shipped in a cardboard box. Because the city features many large-scale professional centers and multi-tenant buildings, drivers use designated loading zones to access central lobbies. Including the department name or floor number for commercial locations ensures the driver can navigate these multi-story structures without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a residential or office location?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, the driver places the flowers in a covered area shielded from the street. At professional buildings where the recipient is in a meeting or away from their desk, the front desk or concierge accepts the delivery. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value to maintain the original size and shape of the arrangement.
