Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of buildings in Rocky River?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building letter or wing name for deliveries to the large senior living campuses and professional office clusters. For lakefront condominium towers, include the unit number and any gate entry codes. These details allow access through secured lobby desks and help locate the correct entrance on sprawling multi-acre properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered given the different layouts of the city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of residential streets and high-rise lakefront buildings. For homes with deep front yards, clear house numbers are necessary to identify the property from the road. In the commercial corridors, we use designated parking areas to walk arrangements directly into ground-floor suites or reception desks.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a secured building or senior facility, the order is left with the building's concierge or front desk. If a specific flower is out of stock, a substitute of equal value is used to keep the arrangement at the same size and shape. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient helps us navigate the city's many gated entries and multi-story office complexes.
