Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the senior living centers and multi-story apartment complexes in Fairview Park?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the managed residential buildings and senior care centers along the main commercial corridor require a specific suite, wing, or room number at checkout. Drivers must use the secure intercom systems or check in at the central reception desks common to these properties to confirm the recipient is on-site. Providing these interior location details ensures the driver can navigate these large, controlled-access facilities without delay.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential homes on the narrow side streets of this city?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the limited street parking and closely spaced lots typical of the city's bungalow and ranch-style residential blocks. For homes with deep setbacks or mature landscaping, provide instructions regarding side-door access or specific porch locations. Hand delivery prevents arrangements from being left in high-traffic areas or on sidewalks where they are visible to the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is not home, the driver attempts to leave the arrangement with a next-door neighbor on these dense residential streets. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the style of the original order. Providing a secondary phone number for the recipient is the best way to prevent failed deliveries to the city’s secured multi-unit buildings.
