Question 1

How does delivery work for local hospitals, senior living complexes, or professional offices?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to senior living campuses or medical offices, provide the specific building letter and suite number at checkout. Many properties in this area have multiple entrances or separate wings, and these details ensure the driver reaches the correct reception desk. For residential subdivisions, include any gate codes or instructions for finding homes located on deep, private drives.

Question 2

Are flowers delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door to ensure they arrive in stable condition. Because the city layout consists primarily of single-family homes and newer residential subdivisions, drivers have direct access to front porches. Providing a specific side-door or porch preference helps when delivering to houses set back from the main road on larger lots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will leave the arrangement in a secure, shaded area on the porch or with a neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a similar variety of equal value that matches the original color scheme. Including the recipient’s phone number is essential for confirming access to newer cluster homes or gated residential communities.
