Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional offices or senior living communities in Bay Village?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific suite or room number for the senior apartments and small medical offices integrated into the city's residential areas. These details are necessary because many of these buildings have separate entrances for staff and residents. Including a wing name or building letter ensures the courier finds the correct door without delay.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door to navigate the deep-set properties and long driveways common in this community. Please include any gate codes or instructions for private lanes that lead away from the main road. This allows the courier to reach the porch instead of leaving the flowers at a street-side mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a covered side door or a porch area sheltered from the open lakefront air. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we use a different flower of equal value that keeps the same color scheme. Providing a recipient phone number is critical for finding front doors that are hidden from the street by dense wooded lots.
