Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings in North Olmsted?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to medical wings or office complexes, enter the suite number and department name at checkout. The city’s large parking layouts and multiple building entrances require these details to locate the correct internal reception desk. Providing a specific floor number prevents the delivery from being left at a general building entrance.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this city and how does the layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

We hand-deliver all arrangements directly to the door or front desk. The city’s layout of single-family homes on residential side-streets allows for direct driveway access and porch placement. For businesses along the main retail corridors, we bring the flowers inside to the designated staff receiving area.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, we leave the arrangement in a sheltered area on the porch. Providing a direct phone number is necessary for deliveries to secured office suites or gated properties to coordinate entry with the recipient. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we provide a substitute of equal value that matches the color profile of the order.
