Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to corporate offices and gated residences in New Albany?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the large corporate campuses require the specific building wing and department name to navigate the expansive office layouts. For residential estates, you must provide the gate code or the name of the security entrance in the delivery instructions. These details ensure the driver can pass through perimeter checkpoints and reach the front door.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the long driveways and wide property setbacks found throughout this area. This method allows the driver to place the arrangement directly at the front door or with a building concierge. Providing specific instructions for side-gate access or designated delivery foyers helps the driver find the correct entrance on large residential parcels.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot access the property or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a gated estate or a secured office tower, we will attempt to leave the flowers with a security officer or at the front desk. If a substitution is needed, we select a bloom that maintains the formal and traditional aesthetic typical of local professional offices. Including a working phone number for the recipient allows the driver to resolve gate access issues immediately.
