Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to secured residences or professional offices in Galena?

Accepted Answer

Delivery in this area requires entry details for gated residential communities and professional suites. Provide the gate code or building floor number at checkout so the driver can access the property. These details allow the driver to reach front doors in developments with restricted access or multi-tenant office layouts.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered by a driver or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the spread-out suburban layout and large residential lots. Drivers navigate long driveways and wooded properties to place arrangements at the primary entrance. Providing a description of the house or porch location helps the driver locate properties set back from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver identifies a sheltered spot at the residence like a covered porch or side entry. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is used to maintain the arrangement's size. Including a recipient phone number helps the driver coordinate entry for properties with private drives or security gates.
