Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of properties around the lake?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to year-round residences, seasonal lakeside cottages, and vacation rentals. Provide the specific street address and mention if the property is accessed via a narrow private lane or has a gated entrance. These details ensure our drivers find the road-side entry point rather than the water-side dock.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes in this lakeside layout?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of waterfront lots and interior residential streets. Include instructions on whether the home is visible from the main road or situated behind other lakeside structures. Providing clear access details helps us place the order securely on a porch or at a designated entry.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the flowers in a secure, shaded area away from the road or lake wind. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar variety of equal value to complete the order. Including a phone number for the recipient helps us resolve issues with hidden driveways or restricted property access.
