Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to businesses and homes in Fort Loramie?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the local manufacturing plants requires a specific building or gate number at checkout. For residential areas where houses are set back from the street, provide a description of the house color. These details ensure the driver locates the correct office entrance or front porch.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and delivered throughout the area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-carried to the door to accommodate the mix of downtown sidewalk storefronts and rural driveways. For homes on the outskirts, include instructions for gate codes or specific side-door access. This prevents delivery delays caused by long private lanes or restricted property entrances.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the driver looks for a weather-protected spot because many area homes have open porches. When a specific flower is out of stock, a substitution is made that keeps the same scale and color. Providing the recipient's phone number allows the driver to confirm the location for properties not clearly visible from the road.
