Question 1

Can you deliver flowers to the large manufacturing plants and the medical campus in Sidney?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to industrial sites requires a specific gate number or receiving dock instruction at checkout. For the medical campus or professional offices, include the department name and a room number. These details ensure the delivery person can access secured perimeters or internal desks without delay.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential homes and downtown apartments?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-carried to the door to keep the arrangement stable. For downtown addresses near the square with angled street parking, specify if the entrance is located in a side alley. For residential properties with long driveways, confirm that the house number is clearly visible from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, the arrangement is left on a shaded porch or with a direct neighbor. For deliveries to secured manufacturing zones or office buildings, a recipient phone number is required to coordinate a hand-off at the lobby or security desk. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of the same color and value is used.
