Question 1

How does delivery work for local medical facilities and funeral homes?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the specific wings of the city’s medical campus and the viewing rooms of local funeral homes. Provide the room number for patients or the name of the deceased for services at checkout. This ensures the flowers are accepted at the correct entrance of these multi-building properties.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered to a home or business?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the historic downtown storefronts and residential streets. For downtown deliveries, specify if the driver should use the main street entrance or a rear service door. For residences on the outskirts, include details about long gravel driveways or gate codes to prevent delays.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver leaves the arrangement in a secure location on the porch. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that maintains the style of the bouquet. Including a recipient phone number helps us reach them if a business is closed or a residential driveway is inaccessible.
