Question 1

How are deliveries handled for different types of addresses in this area?

Accepted Answer

Most properties here are street-level residential homes or small-scale storefronts with direct door access. For deliveries to the school or funeral home, provide the specific wing or service time at checkout. This ensures the driver goes directly to the main office or viewing hall rather than a general loading zone.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for the residential layouts found here?

Accepted Answer

Each order is hand-delivered to ensure it reaches the correct porch or entryway. Because many houses are positioned close to the road with open walkways, providing a side or back door preference helps keep the gift out of public view. If the property has a deep setback or a long driveway, include these details to help the driver locate the front entrance.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If no one is present, the flowers are left on a protected porch or with a neighboring resident. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a bloom of the same color and value to preserve the arrangement. Including the recipient's phone number is necessary for properties where the entrance is not easily visible from the street.
