Question 1

How does delivery work for addresses in Scott?

Accepted Answer

This village consists of residential streets with open property access and a few low-rise administrative buildings. At checkout, provide the recipient’s name and specific entry instructions for properties without clear front paths. Accurate house numbers are necessary because many homes sit back from the road or lack prominent signage.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered in this village?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered directly to the door rather than shipped in a box. The low-density layout allows drivers to use private driveways or street parking for direct porch access. Including a note about side-door preferences or specific porch locations helps the driver identify the correct drop-off point on these open lots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver finds a sheltered spot on the porch to leave the gift. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar variety is substituted to maintain the arrangement's size and value. Providing the recipient's phone number helps the driver navigate properties that lack doorbells or are positioned far from the street.
