Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of buildings in Bellefontaine?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific suite number for offices in the multi-story historic downtown buildings and the department name for the medical campus on the edge of the city. These details allow the driver to navigate shared street-level entrances and security checkpoints. Accurate internal location data ensures the flowers reach the correct desk or room rather than a general lobby.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of elevated front porches in the central grid and the long driveways found on the outskirts. Hand delivery ensures the arrangement is placed safely at the door of residential properties or the reception desk of professional offices. Provide any gate codes or entry instructions for fenced properties to avoid access delays.

Question 3

What happens if the person is not there to receive the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will look for a sheltered area like an enclosed porch or a side entryway common to local residential streets. If a specific flower is unavailable, the florist replaces it with a similar stem of equal value to maintain the style. Including a phone number for the recipient allows the driver to confirm access if they encounter a locked apartment building or a secured commercial entrance.
