Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local offices, funeral homes, and residences?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the reception desks of village professional offices and the designated floral areas of local funeral chapels. For residential deliveries, please provide the house number and specify if the entrance is at the front or on a side porch. These details are necessary because many homes in this village have non-traditional layouts or secondary entrances.

Question 2

How are the flowers transported and delivered within the village?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the recipient's door to avoid the damage associated with boxed shipping. Because this area consists of residential streets with open access, drivers park at the curb and walk the flowers to the main entry. Providing information about long driveways or properties set back from the road prevents delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

When a recipient is unavailable, the driver leaves the arrangement on a sheltered porch or at a side door to protect it from the wind. If a particular stem is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar flower to ensure the arrangement remains full and balanced. Sharing the recipient's phone number allows us to verify the best drop-off location for homes without a clear front walkway.
