Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, and offices in Middleburg?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the city’s large medical campuses and multi-story office complexes require specific internal locations. You must enter the wing name, floor number, and room or suite number at checkout. This information allows the driver to navigate through the correct lobby or security checkpoint.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders to navigate the mix of suburban residential streets and large commercial parking lots. For homes with deep setbacks or long driveways, the driver walks the arrangement directly to the front door. If you are sending to a gated residential community, you must provide the gate entry code at checkout.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the flowers with a neighbor or in a secure porch area. When a specific flower is out of stock, a designer uses a similar bloom of equal value to maintain the arrangement's size. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver resolve access issues at secured office buildings or apartment vestibules.
