Question 1

How do you ensure delivery reaches the correct person at local campuses or medical centers?

Accepted Answer

In this city, university campuses and medical offices are spread across multiple low-rise buildings rather than single towers. At checkout, you must provide the specific building name and office or room number to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance. These details prevent the arrangement from being left at a central mailroom or an unattended administrative gate.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential and downtown addresses?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of detached homes and historic multi-unit buildings with street-front entrances. If the delivery is for a downtown property, providing a door code or secondary entrance instruction is necessary for access to secure hallways. This prevents flowers from being left on public sidewalks where foot traffic is high.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a residence or university dorm?

Accepted Answer

If no one is present, the driver will attempt to reach the recipient using the phone number provided to arrange a secure drop-off location. In cases where specific flowers are unavailable, a replacement of equal value is chosen to maintain the arrangement's shape. Including the recipient's mobile number is the most effective way to avoid failed deliveries to open-access campus housing or long residential driveways.
