Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to homes and small businesses in Sycamore?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries are made directly to detached houses and the storefronts along the central village grid. At checkout, specify if the entrance is located on the main street or via a rear alleyway, as many older residential plots here have dual access points. Providing these details ensures the driver identifies the correct porch or side door in this tightly clustered village layout.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the village’s residential layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door to accommodate the wide lawns and open-access porches common to this area. Because properties here do not have security buzzers or concierge desks, the driver walks the order directly to the primary entrance. Please note if the property has a fenced yard or a specific side porch where the flowers should be placed to keep them out of view from the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will leave the order on a shaded porch or with a next-door neighbor to ensure it is received promptly. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar variety that maintains the same size and color palette. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver verify someone is available to receive the hand-delivery at their residence.
