Question 1

How does delivery work for local schools, homes, and offices in Bascom?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the centralized school campus or homes along the main highways, enter the specific building wing or entrance at checkout. Properties with long rural driveways require a description of the house color or mailbox markings to ensure the driver identifies the correct entrance from the high-speed road. These details prevent drivers from missing turn-offs at properties set back significantly from the thoroughfare.

Question 2

Are flowers delivered in a box or by hand, and how does the town layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered directly to the door rather than shipped in a box. In this community of open-access residential lots, drivers navigate private driveways to reach the primary entrance. Specifying if a side porch or shaded area is preferred helps the driver place the flowers in a secure spot away from the main road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If no one is present, the driver leaves the flowers on a protected porch or with a neighbor if properties are in close proximity. When a specific bloom is unavailable, it is substituted with a flower of equal value that matches the original color scheme and style. Providing the recipient's phone number is the most effective way to prevent failed deliveries to properties with gated lanes or deep lot lines.
