Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and residences in Forest?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential porches and professional storefronts throughout the village. Provide the suite number or department for the small offices along the central corridor to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance. Accurate street numbers are essential for properties that sit far back from the rural roads bordering the village.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered within the village layout?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the recipient's door to suit the village’s residential layout and lack of high-rise buildings. Drivers use street-side parking to reach front doors or side entrances directly. Providing details about fenced yards or porch access helps the driver complete the delivery without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the driver leaves the arrangement in a safe spot on the porch or with a neighbor. When a specific flower is unavailable, a similar stem of equal value is used to maintain the arrangement's look. Including a recipient phone number reduces failed deliveries for homes where the house number is obscured by trees or distance from the road.
