Question 1

Can flowers be delivered to all residential and community locations in Fletcher?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to single-family homes on village streets and rural properties on the outskirts. Provide the specific house number and describe if the home is set back from the road or has a long gravel driveway. These details ensure the driver locates the correct porch or side entrance in areas where house numbers are difficult to see from the main road.

Question 2

How are flowers handled during the delivery process in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in a box. Because most properties here are residential with open porches, the driver places the flowers in a stable, out-of-sight location if no one is available. Including instructions about specific entry points, like a side door or a gated driveway, helps prevent any delay in reaching the recipient.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a secure spot on the porch. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that matches the original color palette. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient allows the driver to coordinate access for homes that are fenced or have restricted driveway entry.
