Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical centers or funeral homes in Trenton?

Accepted Answer

For the medical clinic and funeral homes in this community, specify the department or wing at checkout. These locations use single-story public entrances, so providing the specific room number ensures the driver brings the arrangement directly to the reception desk. Accurate facility names help avoid delays in this smaller municipal layout.

Question 2

Will my flowers arrive in a box or be hand-delivered?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements arrive hand-delivered by a driver in a floral container rather than a box. Most residential lots here have street-facing driveways, so providing a side-door or porch preference helps the driver find a secure spot. This direct delivery method suits the suburban street layouts and ensures the flowers stay upright.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver leaves the flowers in a sheltered spot on the porch or with a neighbor. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we substitute it with a flower of equal value to maintain the same appearance. Providing a recipient phone number helps resolve access issues for properties with gated side entries or fenced yards.
