Question 1

How does delivery work for local hospitals, offices, or secured buildings?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to medical campuses and industrial parks are made to the central reception desk or designated security station. At checkout, you must provide the specific building number and department name to ensure the courier finds the correct entrance within these large complexes. These details are required because many local commercial properties have multiple loading zones and restricted floor access.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city's layout affect drop-off?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of historic street-front properties and suburban homes with deep setbacks. For addresses in the older city center, please specify if the entrance is located directly on the sidewalk or through a shared foyer. For newer residential areas, indicating if the house is set back significantly from the road helps the driver locate the correct porch.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is at a large manufacturing facility, the driver will leave the order with the front office or gatehouse. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the same color and shape. Providing a gate code or a secondary phone number reduces delays for properties with long driveways or restricted-access parking areas.
