Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of buildings in Collinsville?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries in this area primarily serve residential properties and small community buildings with open access points. For homes set back from the road, provide the specific porch location or side entrance instructions at checkout. Including the name of any shared facility helps the driver find the correct entryway among similar-looking residential structures.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered directly to the door to accommodate a layout of standalone homes and deep front lawns. Because many properties here have long driveways, we require a house number that is clearly visible from the main road. Specify at checkout if the delivery should be placed at a side door or a specific porch area to ensure it is out of view from the street.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will leave the flowers at a shaded residential entryway or a side door. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that matches the original shape and color. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver navigate properties with long private drives or restricted side entries.
