Question 1

Can you deliver to the large medical campuses and industrial sites in Middletown?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to medical complexes and industrial plants by visiting the specific reception desks or designated security gates. You must provide the building letter or wing name for the medical campus and a direct phone number for recipients at gated industrial sites. This information allows our drivers to navigate these large properties and find the correct entrance for your delivery.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered and what happens at residential addresses?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to ensure the arrangement stays upright and intact. In the downtown area where buildings sit directly on the sidewalk, we require an apartment number or suite for all street-front entries. For residential homes with deep front yards or long driveways, we look for a covered porch or a secure spot near the main door to place the gift.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we will try to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a shaded, protected area of the porch. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a bloom of equal value that matches the color and style of the original design. Providing the recipient's cell phone number helps us resolve access issues at gated properties or secured apartment buildings without delay.
