Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of buildings in Monroe?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to our local industrial parks and business campuses, you must provide the specific building letter and suite number at checkout. For residential care facilities, include the specific wing or room number to help the driver find the correct entrance. A direct phone number for the recipient is required for sites with gated security or mandatory front-desk check-in.

Question 2

How will my order be delivered and how does the city layout affect the timing?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of residential cul-de-sacs and large-scale commercial properties. Drivers place items at the primary front door or reception desk rather than leaving them in high-traffic parking areas or public sidewalks. Including gate codes for the newer housing developments prevents delays at the perimeter entrance.

Question 3

What happens if there are issues with the recipient's location or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver identifies a location on the property that is not visible from the main road. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of the same size and color to maintain the arrangement style. Providing a recipient’s phone number helps us coordinate access to the various loading docks and side entrances found at our larger business complexes.
