Question 1

How does flower delivery work for local homes and businesses in Beckett Ridge?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to gated residential subdivisions and sprawling professional office campuses throughout the area. Provide the gate access code or the specific suite number and floor at checkout to ensure the driver can reach the recipient. These details are necessary because many office campuses have multiple buildings with restricted entry points.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered directly to the door rather than shipped in a cardboard box. This area features many homes with long driveways and recessed entries on winding residential streets. Clear instructions on where to leave the arrangement if the front door is not visible from the curb will prevent delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will leave the arrangement in a secure area near the front door or at the office reception desk. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal size and shape is used to match the original design. Providing a secondary phone number helps the driver navigate properties with shared driveways or limited street access.
