Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the university campus and secured residential buildings?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to campus housing or administrative offices, you must provide the recipient’s mobile phone number and a specific room or department name. Most of these buildings have restricted keycard access that prevents drivers from entering the main living areas or private suites. These details allow us to coordinate a hand-off at the building’s primary entrance or designated mail area.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered given the layout of the city?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to navigate the narrow, brick-paved streets and limited parking areas near the town center. This method ensures flowers arrive intact whether they are going to a traditional residential porch or a high-density student rental. Providing specific instructions for side entrances or porch locations helps us avoid delays in areas where street access is restricted.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a sheltered spot like a covered porch or a central office in multi-unit housing complexes. When a specific stem is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value that matches the original color scheme. Including the recipient's phone number is the best way to prevent failed deliveries to secured housing where items cannot be left in open hallways.
