Question 1

How do deliveries work for the medical campuses and industrial sites in Oregon?

Accepted Answer

Oregon has large medical clusters and industrial zones with restricted access points. For these locations, you must provide the specific department name or building letter at checkout. This allows the driver to find the correct security gate or reception desk among the sprawling property layouts.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses in this city?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered by a driver rather than sent in a shipping box. This city features a mix of wide suburban streets and gated industrial entrances that require direct person-to-person delivery. Including a phone number for the recipient helps the driver navigate any entry gates or long residential driveways.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the arrangement at the front door or with a neighbor. At the city's large industrial or medical sites, we leave the flowers at the main security desk or designated delivery entrance. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a replacement of equal value to maintain the style of the bouquet.
