Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional offices and medical suites in Northwood?

Accepted Answer

Northwood contains several low-rise professional parks and medical complexes spread across large plots of land. At checkout, you must include the specific building number and suite to prevent the driver from arriving at a shared service entrance or the wrong wing. These details are necessary because many local businesses share a single street address but have disconnected parking lots and entries.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

We hand-deliver every arrangement rather than shipping them in a cardboard box. In the suburban neighborhoods of Northwood, we bring the flowers directly to the porch or the lobby of local industrial hubs. Providing specific access details for properties with long driveways or secured residential entries ensures the driver can reach the door without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present, we look for a secure spot at the residence or leave the flowers with an immediate neighbor. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a replacement of equal value that keeps the same appearance. Entering the recipient's phone number helps our drivers manage any access issues at gated subdivisions or multi-unit housing complexes.
