Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the different types of properties in Three Bridges?

Accepted Answer

Delivery involves navigating a mix of historic houses set close to the road and properties with long, unpaved driveways. For residences converted into multiple units, include the specific door or side entrance to be used at checkout. These details prevent confusion at properties where multiple front doors face the street.

Question 2

How are flowers transported and delivered within the town layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to ensure they are placed securely, as many older homes in the village center lack deep porches. The driver navigates the narrow residential streets and rural outskirts to bring the flowers directly to the primary door. Specifying if the house is a historic structure or has a long setback helps the driver identify the correct property.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the specific flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will look for a screened area, which is necessary for homes positioned directly on the main thoroughfares. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a similar bloom that fits the scale and color of the arrangement. Providing a contact number allows the driver to confirm access for properties with gated entries or long private drives.
