Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to medical campuses and downtown offices in Flemington?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the sprawling medical complexes or the historic downtown offices, you must provide the specific building number, department, and suite or room. These properties often have multiple entrances or shared reception areas that require precise internal routing. Detailed location info ensures the driver reaches the recipient rather than leaving the flowers at a general loading area.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of tight street-front properties and homes with long, private driveways. Drivers walk the flowers directly to the door to prevent them from being left on public sidewalks or at the entrance of a long driveway. Providing specific access details for properties with set-back houses helps avoid any delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, drivers look for a secure porch or a sheltered entryway common to the local residential streets. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is made to ensure the delivery is completed on the scheduled day. Providing a recipient phone number is necessary for gated properties or homes with restricted access to coordinate a successful drop-off.
