Question 1

How do I ensure a flower delivery reaches a specific office or medical building in Whitehouse Station?

Accepted Answer

Corporate campus deliveries require a building number, floor, and suite. These sprawling office complexes have security checkpoints that need a recipient's name for entry. Providing a direct phone extension helps the driver navigate to the specific desk within large commercial buildings.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand to the door?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to the recipient's door rather than shipped in a box. Since many residential properties here have long driveways and roadside mailboxes, include gate codes or specific entryway instructions at checkout. This ensures the delivery reaches the house and is not left at the street.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot access a property or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a security gate prevents access to a home or office, the driver will contact the recipient for entry instructions. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is selected to match the original style. A recipient's phone number is necessary to resolve access issues for properties with gated entrances or restricted building access.
