Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

Branchburg contains sprawling corporate office parks and a multi-building community college campus. At checkout, you must provide the specific building letter, floor, or suite number. This ensures the delivery reaches the correct security desk or administrative office in these large complexes.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to the door because many Branchburg homes sit on large lots with long driveways. Please include any gate codes or specific instructions for properties that are not easily visible from the main road. This information helps us navigate private drives and ensures the arrangement is left at the front entrance.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, we look for a secure location on the porch that is screened from the street. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a similar bloom to maintain the arrangement's size and shape. Providing a recipient's phone number is essential for navigating the township's mix of secure corporate sites and secluded residential properties.
