Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical complexes and office towers in Hackensack?

Accepted Answer

Hackensack's large medical complexes and multi-story office towers require specific delivery details to pass through security checkpoints. Provide the department name, floor number, and room number at checkout so the driver can move past the main lobby desks. Including a direct suite number prevents the order from being left at a general mailroom.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered to high-rise buildings or left outside?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to navigate the city's mix of high-rise residential towers and dense street layout. Drivers manage building access by using intercom systems or checking in with lobby security desks. Including a gate code or entrance instructions ensures the flowers are placed inside the building rather than left on the sidewalk.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a secured property?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the flowers with a building concierge or a neighbor when street access is restricted. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value to maintain the arrangement's size. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver gain entry to secured residential buildings.
